At Bird&Be, we want you to be completely in love with your fashion finds. If your order isn’t quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.
Start Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Place your unworn items back into their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your shipment.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
